$10.25/hr to $13.33/hr plus 10% shift differential

Job Summary
Performs the following types of duties: sets up, operates, and cleans the liquid filler, bulk, hopper, slat, and simplex fillers, scales, conveyor, cap sealer, capper, automatic labelers, coders, heat tunnel, turntables, and pumps; folds boxes; palletizes products and hand packages some products; inputs and maintains accurate production records and reports; cleans and sanitizes all containers, equipment, and room surfaces to avoid contamination; works in production rooms as assigned; performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
|
Knowledge:
|
of general packaging processes, SOPs, and GMPs.
|
|
Skill:
|
Good manual dexterity skills, quality orientation, and math skills.
|
|
Ability:
|
to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and good mechanical aptitude. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and other shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs., and able to work in a dusty environment.
|
|
Education:
|
Four years of high school plus specific course requirements.
|
